Have you tried melatonin, 5-HTP, GABA, Mg or other stuff that is supposed to help fall asleep ?

I'm used to getting off at 2:30 am and getting to sleep around 4-5am

It's like -20 out, and it's going down to -28 this everning.... I need more coffee!

1 inch of snow yesterday afternoon in raleigh. results:
50 area schools forced to keep children overnight.
approximately 1200 abandoned vehicles.
3 hours to travel one half of one mile down the road.
hundreds of vehicle collisions.
every hotel room in the area booked by locals who couldn't get home.
