What's up bros I just got done with my PCT and was wondering when it was SAFE to run another cycle? I just finished getting off a test + anavar stack. I ran anavar for 6 weeks at 60mg and test for 10 weeks at 400mg. I was just curious to know when it would be good to get back on again.

Normally time on to time off is the common idea. The only way to actually know if you are ready for another cycle though is getting blood tests. How long was PCT ? How long ya been off?

In the long run you're better off taking more time off because the drugs work better the longest in between cycles. Sometimes you can run a cycle, take 8 weeks off, run another one but if you do that you better be taking 6 months off or more after the second one

My PCT was 4 weeks and I just got done with it about a week or 2 ago. Sorry to be a newb but when I go for blood tests what exactly am I having checked and should I ask for anything in particular to be checked?

Would that include PCT? Because I've technically been off for 5 weeks now but got off PCT about a week or 2 ago.

I think a good rule of thumb is to stay off at least as long as your cycle.. and get blood work done to properly ensure your test levels are intact.

Like i asked the previous poster, is time off AFTER pct? I scheduled a blood test for next week. I just have to make sure my test levels are ok correct?

PCT is still time off. when u get your levels checked make sure your test levels are back and liver values are good.

The time one takes off is really individual. Like the above said get a blood test done for test, free test, thyroid, liver values, etc. If everything is cool I would still wait a couple weeks before starting again.
