Newguy wondering about his arm going numb...

Hello,

Yup, I'm new to the board (HI!)

I was wondering, has anyone ever heard of an arm (or both) going numb with some pins & needles from the thumb to the elbow on the inside of the forearm?

I suspect it has to do with the brachioradialus nerve (or however the F*** you spell it) and over training/straining some of the muscles.

Yeah, yeah, I know I should lay off. I did. It comes back. Any ideas? Swollen tissue putting pressure on the nerve?

Circulation is fine-it's just numb for a day or so after arms workout.

Anyone have any comments?

i tweaked some nerves on the inside of my elbows. so i realized i was doing an excercise wrong. see if your hands are spaced correctly, etc
