hey im an female fighter in muay thai kickboxing and i live in thailand. A male friend told to me take anavar to strip off excess weight i looked up some info but i couldnt really find what i was looking for. I run 5km in the morning or do 5x 400m sprints to mix it up i also do the rower. After that i do 2 hour of thaiboxing training pads and light weights and grappling. I do this 2 times a day 6 days a week. i was told that anavar would help me strip fat and help with recovery?? and just general push through out training. I have been taking 10mg a day 5in the mroning b4 training and 5 in the afternoon b4 training for 11days. i havnt noticed any changes apart from that i have been getting really hot at night when i try to sleep. i dont know if im even doing it right or if it will even help me for what im trying to do. Im not really keen on taking them but weight is a huge thing for fighters and i need to just shredd about 5 kg ive been trying and ive done 7kg on my own but i just dont seem to be shredding up. I know i can get shredded because ive done it b4 but i think the older i get the harder it is and on 29years old now. If some one can give me some advise if i should be taking this or not or how i should do it please do cause i dont wanna waste my time and money and i dont wanna put on any weight from it. Im trying to stick to a high protien diet and no carbs after lunch but its hard in thailand as we dont have much variety and no kitchens at home so i eat maily rice chicken veg and eggs. I also drink about 5lt of water a day. If there is anything i should or should not be eatting or should be doing could some one please fill me in thanks :)

I don't think you should be asking about anavar, I think you should be asking about your diet. Sounds like that's what is off and why you're not loosing the 5kg.

Men will use var for shredding up but with women, you are likely to gain weight. Steroids in any form can cause that increase in muscle mass, which is the whole idea of taking them. They will not strip fat!! Period! If you're in that last 5 kgs, I'd be counting up your calories and seeing where you can tweak it.

Thank you ladies

First off: as they said, steroids are not a good fit for you. I gain mass VERY easily for a female, and var puts more mass on me than a lot of compounds...it's more of a cutter for men as they said, with women you'll gain...

Secondly: in addition to what I just said, you are a fighter and have to make weight. Therefore why would you even think about steroids???? You say you did research, obviously not or you'd have known this...a buddy of mine is a horse jockey and she is always having to make her weight for races, she tried roids years back but learned the hard way that they aren't good for someone who has to make weight.

When you're in a sport that requires you to make weight, it's all about dieting.

And btw can we address the elephant in the room? If you're working out 300 times a day like you say you are, the only two reasons you aren't losing weight:
1 you have an underlying medical condition
2 you aren't eating enough and your body is officially in desperate starvation mode

Quit the roids now and post up your diet. Otherwise you have a long bumpy unfortunate road ahead of you
