Hello everyone! I am new to this board and so far have found it very interesting and informative. I just started going to the gym about 2 1/2 weeks ago and I'm enjoying a lot more than I thought I would I would like any advice you guys could give me on what I should be doing.
I am currently 155 and stand 5'1. I wouldn't say I look fat at all, I used to run track in highschool and college so my thighs are pretty large (25 in). I wouldn't mind bulking up a bit but I would also like to drop some weight, perhaps 20lbs or so. Get those abs back and then firm up the old bod (i'm 32). But I look 20...hehehe
I also recently cut out the alcohol ( ok significantly cut down ) and started eating more healthy. I'm missing McDonalds though! Any help and/or advice would greatly be appreciated!!
