Newbie, what do I need ?

Hey guys buffalo here, I'm just actually curious about steroids and I was looking into it for the past week. I've been weight training and lifting since last January and I want more results.
I used to weigh back in Jan 2016 117 with a height of 5"6.
Jan 2017 I'm proudly at 143 I'm at a healthy weight again and I really want to see more results.

I heard i you should start with
Test-c 250 and nolvadex 25mg.

im also going to be using n2guard just to protect my body.
In the future i might consider D-bol.

i
need to to learn what I need to know about steroids and how should I exactly cycle this through. Also what to expect. Especially if I want long term results while as well as being my first time.

Help me out please ! Thank you so much!
 
that is great you put on a lot of size, i still think you should build a stronger base naturally but that is up to you

if you do decide to use steroids research the shit out of them first. if you simply google the compound + evolutionary.org you will find tons of articles on them. read read read!

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

This sport is all about progression. It's a marathon. You want to start slowly and work your way up. For a second cycle you can do testosterone + an oral as a kick start. For a third cycle you can do testosterone + an anabolic + an oral as a kick start, etc. If you start with a very aggressive cycle right off the bat, where will you go from there when you plateau? By starting slow you leave 'all your aces in the hole' and will be able to make progressive gains for a long time.


Here's what I recommend:


Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention

Dude thank you so much this was insanely helpful. I do have like 2 more questions! Like how do you determine the amount of doses you'll need and how much vials of test C should I buy in advance?

You are way too light for a cycle at 143. Im sorry but this is the ugly truth. If you want long term results, the last thing you should rely on is steroids. You might be able to pack on a lot of mass, but trust me, if you are struggling with 140 pounds now, you will not be able to keep any of the gains made throughout the cycle.

Thank you man for as far as gains go your completely right about needing to build a stronger base. I won't do it till I'm at 150 because so far it's been a bitch to get past 145 haha.

It's been slowly but surely Rising. I guess I'm just that kind of guy that can results past your. I'm not that actually start doing steroid so I at least have a base around 1:50 to 1:55. And then I was at 8 if I even need it then. Right now it starts meal prep foods with higher calories in a lot more nutrition that I need
