Hi, Ive read from other boards and as well as on EF, that when you wake up you should have whey shake in water to kick start metabolism and prevent any catabolism.
Then however, Im meant to hav breakfast half an hour later. This is a problem for me because im a student and cant afford to sit and wait for half and hour.
Therefore i was wondering whether its ok to consume something immediately or alongside the shake?
