Hi. I'm in ok shape and have never tried dieting. I HAVE to get fit in 4 months which means losing about 20-30 lbs. of fat. I need a diet that produces HUGE results if you're hardcore and disciplined. Which should I try? Atkins? Low-Fat? High-Fat? Myoplex?

I'm basically looking for results like the EAS challenge people have; like, night and day difference. I have nothing but time and commitment but need a place to start.
Thanks.

In all honesty, Though I think Low Carb Diets have their place, if you're gonna eat to be and stay lean you gotta do something you can do all the while.

I have tried keto style diets and though they work somewhat, My workouts lacked the same amount of intensity when I was eating carbs. I now eat about 30% carbs 40%Protein and 30% Fat (Following John Berardi's Don't diet diet protocol) And i've lost more bodyfat over a course of 10 weeks on this than I did on a keto diet.

But by all means, alot of people are getting good results on a CKD so try it.
Also remember that those before and aftershots on Body for life are just SOME of the people who tried it and SUCEEDED (although there's still alot of talk about the reality of some of those pics and some of the methods employed to make fatties look lean in just 12 weeks)

Although the body for life diet is pretty good IMO, those results are really really pushing it and very few will get amazing results unless they are genetically gifted!
