I've been weightlifting/dieting for 3.5 months and was able to trim up and lose 20 lbs (im assuming fat) because by muscles got larger and my whole body seemed more toner (especially my legs, which seem to have most of my fat). I had to go on a break for 4 months because I had to go on a medication that weakened my bones, but I'm currently off it and allowed to work out again. Its been 4 days since I returned to my old routine, but I'm looking for advice on a new one. I've only gained a couple of lbs over the 4 months and even more fat (because I lost muscle tissue). I want to trim the fat to eventually have a six-pack and slim arms, but I'm not sure if thats possible with my routine. My diet seems to be working out fine (a decent caloric intake made mostly of protein-mmm tuna with mustard..) but I'm not sure if weight lifting, bench pressing, and squats is enough. Does anyone have better suggestions regarding trimming fat overall? (ie I've read several posts regarding Cardio workouts, and it seems that people are split on whether they're good for you or not)
