I am not sure where to post or anything here but my name is Justin, I am 27 yrs old and from Muskegon,MI. I have never really worked out before but I just got my first gym membership. I am 5'6 , 120lbs. I am trying to pack on some mass but also tone up. I really want to get a six pack. I am looking for what exercises I should do , I want a day by day plan of what areas to work on, what workouts and etc. videos or photos would help me also so I can get my form down. I want overall tone my whole body up . I also am looking for what supplements and vitamins I should take to bulk up and etc. I am looking to change my diet so a diet plan would also be nice. Any help would be great!

Welcome to EF bro! You posted in the right place there are a lot knowledgeable members here to help you to reach your goals. I would start off by exploring through the diet and weightlifting threads on the site and don't be afraid to ask ques. Also google the Strong Lifts 5x5 routine. That routine and a proper diet will get you started in the right direction. Good Luck
 
Thanks well I understand I need supplements too and this is what I came up with:

Multivitamin, Omega 3-6-9 Fatty Acids, Protein Powder with protein isolate. BCAA's, Pre-Workout Booster like Cellucor C4 Extreme

Correct me if I am wrong.
