I am not sure where to post or anything here but my name is Justin, I am 27 yrs old and from Muskegon,MI. I have never really worked out before but I just got my first gym membership. I am 5'6 , 120lbs. I am trying to pack on some mass but also tone up. I really want to get a six pack. I am looking for what exercises I should do , I want a day by day plan of what areas to work on, what workouts and etc. videos or photos would help me also so I can get my form down. I want overall tone my whole body up . I also am looking for what supplements and vitamins I should take to bulk up and etc. I am looking to change my diet so a diet plan would also be nice. Any help would be great!
