OK just a little background I used to be about 290 but now I'm down to 238. I have kind of hit hump and want to get down to about 180. I do diet but I'm a vegetarian had eat a lot of carbs. I did some research on Winstrol and know that it's not a fat burner but it does tone the body by getting rid of the water while increasing muscle performance. If I do run a Winstrol cycle should I still drink protein shakes.I run about 2-3 miles 4 times a week a the gym and ride about 5 miles on the bike right after that. I'm not trying to get huge but I do wanna be solid, kind of like Matt Hughes.I understand you cant hold my hand but I need help! Thanks a lot!
