If I have Sustonon 250 on the way and I plan on taking 250 on Monday and 250 Thurs for 7 weeks what else is needed? I keep hearing clomid, noveldex, arimidex (spelling awful), but which do you use during. From what I gather, after the last shot, 3 weeks of noveldex is what needs to be done. I have also read that if symptoms of gyne begin, take I dont even know while on your cycle. I read somewhere else that said while you are taking the Sustonon, one should be taking clomid at the same time. Could someone give me a weekly breakdown of what needs to be done? I am a very big newbie, doing first cycle but want to have all the info before I put stuff into my body. I want to have all the preventatives and be safe, money isnt an issue. Are these anti-estrogen over the counter? Im clueless!!! Thank you guys, appreciate it

ok broski, you need to take the adex during the cycle to keep estrogen under control. as for pct use the test recovery stack from primordial performance and hmg/hcg (optional for such a short cycle IMHO) along with unleashed and post cycle. hmg and hcg should also be used during the longer cycles but your only doing 7 weeks so i wouldn't worry about it.
You need to run Sustanon for 10 weeks. Why? Sustanon has 2 long esters and 2 shorter esters 7 weeks is not enough time to fully benfit from the longer esters. Get Arimidex and have it on hand in case of gyno. AI's are not always needed, especially if one has been used to control estrogen (aromatse activity) during the cycle. There is a high risk of lowering estrogen too low and that can bring its own side effects; Lowered labido, aching joints, poor cholesterol and can negatively effect the immune system. We need some estrogen, not alot, not zero, but not too low an level at this time of PCT.

Yeah sorry about that. I'm 22 yrs old, 6'2 , 180lbs. Im very lean and relatively strong for my build. I have plateaued for a while now and am more and less doing Sustanon to get over the hump....So I do not need to take anything while on cycle unless there are signs of gyne? But after last shot, start taking noveldex/armididex for 3weeks ? Again, I appreciate the help. Someone mentioned take Sustanon longer than 7 weeks, but a friend of mine who has done it, did it for that long and got great results and others on the forum said that was good too. Keep in mind I'm not trying to "blow up" here. And I figure the less time on it, the less likely of side effects anyhow... I would like 8-15 of muscle and strength gains, nothing drastic. And is Clomid/Noveldex/Arimidex over the counter?
wait at least 5 more years--you will grow more than enough natty--diet, sleep, technique, and intensity is the key.

Take a look @ the PCT forum or just read the sticky re: PCT.
you realize its gonna take between 4-6 weeks for the test to kick in...in which you will end the cycle as soon as it hits...theres a reason your suppose to tun a cycle of test 10-12 weeks...if you want a short cycle pick a short esthered test...
that being said you sound like you have no idea at all what your getting into..
1-10 sust 500mg ew if you dont have enough to extend it dont do it and wait till you get more
