newbie fat loss stack help

hi, im looking to see if i can get some good advice as to what my next step should be.
Im 23 yo 6'1 225lbs probably around 30% bodyfat. all in the belly.
i used to hit the gym pretty hard and was at one time at 185lbs and very lean.
I started at 245lbs and lost 20 through diet and gym.
a week ago i started winny at 50mg EOD and cytomel. i ordered "ripped power" (generic ripped fuel) with ephedra for when im done with the cytomel.

i was also thinking about clen, and maybe even some tren.

what do you guys think would be a good stack for me to really shred the fat?

Try some Trex from the AF store. At that bodyfat %, work on ur diet, hit the cardio hard, and with a strong thermo like Trex, u'll do fine.
 
Here's a good stack... ready? Here it is... I'm gonna tell ya!......... Fix your diet and do lots of cardio!
 
as for diet, im staying very clean. i have a fiber one bar for breakfast, which is just basically a granola bar with extra fiber, 140 calories. for lunch i usually have a meal replacement bar (metRx protein plus 320 calories 32g protein locarb) for dinner i have a chicken breast cooked w/o oil or a can of tuna and 1 cup cooked white rice and maybe some steamed vegetables. i may also have a 2nd protein bar after the gym.

ive been doing at least 25 mins of cardio a day along with about an hour of weight training.

ive been losing weight very well, but am worried about reaching a plateau soon, since it's happened to me before.

as for thermogenics, i am going to do the Ripped power.

Hey bro from what I understand from your post, you are only eating 3 meals a day. Might wanna bump it up to 5 or 6 portions a day to keep your protein high or you may start losing the wrong kind of weight.

Looks like you're goin in the right direction...just a tweek here and there. Good luck and keep us posted!

Focus on your diet and cardio; don't worry about hitting a plateu since anyone with proper diet and cardio can lose weight. Once your around 12-14% bf then consider steroids
 
u are not 30%bf...

Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein

Workout

Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition
Protein/dex

Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

Meal 6:
Shake with Flax

That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat.
