He guys I've been coming on this site for a little while now and have learned lots (Probably should have come here earlier). Anyway I admittly decided to cycle without doing all my research first. As a result I'm still lacking some answers and advice. Currently I'm week 3 into a 8 week cycle of Winny @ 50mgs tablets a day. I've seen some improvement in the gym, mostly that fired up feeling. I'm eating clean and drinking lots of water so the diet's good. Working out min. 5 days a week, cardio =40 mins including weight training. I'm not expecting any great gains in the sense of mass, just gains in lean muscle and strength. Any advice that you all can give me would be appreciated. Haters need not reply, only people being helpful please.
