Finally, I've found a website that looks legit. Well I've read that to get advice you need to provide some info so here it is.
I want to start my first cycle probably in July or around there. What I want to achieve from that cycle is 15-20lbs, and dramatic strength gains. (Strength is really important to me)
Stats:
Age-24
Height-6'2"
Weight-200.4lbs 11%BF
Calories/Day-3,500-4,500
Protein/Day(g)-300-400
Carbs/Day(g)-350-400
(Don't have my blood-work done yet, but I've had a full body physical half a year ago, and I couldn't be healthier.)
Supplements-Whey, protein shake after a workout.
Years Training- 2 years, I wouldn't call myself advanced nor a beginner, I'm in the middle. In the past 2 years, I've fallen in love with Bodybuilding, and went from a 150lbs skinny guy to a 200 pound big guy. Now I hit a huge platoe, in which I haven't gained a pound of strength in half a year, and would need some help from some chemicals
