Newb help on a cycle

like the status says i would like to take anavar to cut im at 14% body fat but at the same time i would like to get a pretty good size on aswell nothing drastic but something that i will keep a good pct cycle will be good also im looking for everything oral please help

What you are seeking isnt going to happen. Anavar will put a couple solid lbs on you but thats it. You also say you want to cut. If your going to cut you have to diet. In order to gain mass you have to be in a calorie surplus. See the issue yet? Choose one or the other. I think you should diet down to 10% bf naturally, then run beast, or dbol to bulk. Anavar might yield a solid 5lbs or so, but its not a great bulking choice. Its great for strength and leaning you out if your already lean.

Dinner 1 can tuna cup of brocolli I've been on this for two months dropped 2% bodyfat and I'm doing 30min stair climber inthe morning and after my workout in the afternoon...I'm not tryi g to get insane in size either I want to be lean shredded with great defenition than being huge..so Im at 207 right. Now shoukd I go down to 195 then? I want a full 20 lbs of muscle but that'll be after.I reach 10% body fat so I shoulf stick to tbis naturally?

Yes. I would get to 10% naturally or possibly run a sarms stack. Var is a great oral that can add some definition and strength, but is not very effective at bulking. Once you get to 10% then I would run a bulking cycle. Beast is great for bulking with no water retention. Dbol will pack on mass, but it does bloat you. But if you try to bulk and cut at the same time you will probably be dissapointed.

What sarms stack would yiu recommend to gst me to 10% and when I reach that I'd like to gain much mass possible with out water retention no bloat what is best for that even if gains are slower or less I rather take that route I have nothibg but time thanks for yout help
