I have been doing alot of internet research on first cycles and the do&dont's. I am 5'9" 170lbs with a 9 to 10% bodyfat. I am not looking putting on much bulk but felt like I have hit a platue on gaining stregth. I look into winstrol strongly and liked most of what i read but then started reading about how you dont want to do it alone and all it really does is dry you out. I am just looking to get more cut and some extra strength without gaining too much weight or bulk. Any advice would be greatly apreciated.
 
We would need to know some stats buddy, but if you are over 18 I thing personally for your goal, N2 burn by NTBM and some clean dieting will get you on your way to your goal perfectly. You will save loads of headaches and money and still get a good summer cut that everybody is after. Let me know if you need more help.

Also as a side note, to cut Cardio is going to be your #1 priority to get cut faster in the gym. Out side the gym maintain good clean eating.

I train in various forms of martial arts, swim 4-5 days a week,and have recently incorporated tabatas into my workout routines so cardio is well taken care of. I have been training hard for almost two years now at least 4 or 5 days a week sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. I would say I have about 75%:25% clean to shitty eating ratio.
 
To cut your diet will need to be spot on. Shitty food is a no go. Even with cheat meald its best to keep it reasonable. A Winny only cycle is not going to be a good idea for your level of activity. It does dry your joints out and this isnt a good thing. I would at least throw some test prop in there. Or you could do a anavar cycle, which will help you lean out and give you a nice strength boost.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ I agree with this... you can run anything you want but if your diet sucks then it doesn't matter what you run, your not going to get the kind of results your looking for... also, with that level of activity, there is a good chance your perfromance will be strongly inhibited because winstrol is going to hurt your joints... Some people it can be really bad on... So I agree with Joe, your best bet is to run anavar and maybe stack it with proviron... it will give you a nice increase in strength and vascularity... you can put on a good clean 5-7 lbs. in 6 weeks if your training is spot on and diet is good and it will be a lean gain... I would run anavar at 60 mg at least the first 4 weeks... if your not experiencing bad sides you could bump to 80 the last two weeks...
