Hello Everyone!
I just joined and finalyy posting here with hopes of gaining tons of knowledge and having a support system of others that share my Interest in the Figure/ BB World... I am a Mother to 6 children and decided after my youngest was born, C-section, to get my bootie in high gear of getting back in shape... I am shooting for November to do my First Figure Competition... So will be looking up many topics on that! Also I am going to be getting a Silicone BA next month and need as much info as to what is best for placement with one lifting heavy... Hope to make friends here!

Hi and welcome!

In terms of placement, I think it looks more natural if it's done under the muscles.
Can you lift heavy with implants? yes, you can. I have saline implants done in '98, have always lifted heavy and never had any problems.

Good luck with your training, and surgery btw!

Welcome :) I gave you free plat so you can search there is a thread by the-short-one where she did a full log on her BA surgery. I have over the muscle if you have already very developed peck muscle it is not the best idea to cut into it, also healing time with over the muscle is much faster.

Hay girl welcome to the site. Great to have another lovely lady with spirit and drive. We all help each other daily. Welcome to the family.

Thank you for the Welcome! And for the advice! Im going to be doing alot of homework on the pros and cons before the big day! man I cant wait to not wear over padded bras!..lol.. I was a natural D and those went Bye Bye with nursing and hard training... Yes I was told by my Dr that my pecs are very hard and would be a rough time healing and my strength would never be the same.. Thats the only thing I fear.. All the hard work going down the toilet! Anyways I will go check out that blog and hopefully get a clearer path on which Ill be taking!..Thanks again for the kind Welcome!

G'day.

Brad.

awesome aly, hard work will most def pay off.

what are some of your goals? and diet/lifting experience.

Welcome to Elite. We have a few ladies that compete here and I judge. We are all at your disposal! :)

Hi Ali.. I'm new here too...and I'll be competing also pretty soon... and I'm getting BA next month! So looks like we are pretty much in the same boat! My surgeon suggested that I get the implants over my chest muscles since below would require she cut through the muscle and may take longer to heal and keep me longer away from the gym. I'm getting gel implants because for me, I like the feel of them better and I also feel they are "safer" ... Good luck with everything! :)
