Hello!!! I've decided to join the team. I been on an off on workingout since my motorcycle accident about 2 years ago. My GOAL is to gain mass 135 lbs (currently 125 lbs) and lose a lot of fat (currently 33%). I'm 5'3" and 27 years old. Tired of being skinny fat. I would love to have some noticeable muscles.

About 2 weeks ago, I started to eat a better diet and lift weights 5x's per week. So far I haven't lost any fat or gained weight :(. What am I doing wrong? Would love any advice. THANKS!!!!
Diet
1) 1 egg, 1/4 egg whites, 1/4 berries, 1/4 oatmeal with 1/2 milk and teaspoon of brown sugar.
2) 2 scoops of muscle milk or a Supreme Protein bar (15 g protein)
3) chicken, green vegetables, sweet potato (substitute steak)
4) Pre-workout- fruit and NO product
5) Post-workout- whey protein and a serving of gummy bears for the carbs
6) same as #3
7) sometimes Casein protein
1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day

Workout
day 1: chest
day 2: quads
day 3: back and hamstrings
day 4: biceps and tris
day 5: delts and traps

Not doing much cardio about 2x's per week.

I have never used enhancing drugs, but i'm considering to do so. Just have to find a good source.

Hi and welcome to EF!

First take your list of foods you gave us and go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. Enter your foods there and see what your caloric intake is as well as carbs, fats, protein.

What should they be:
Calories: around 1250 (give or take 100 cal)
Protein: 40-50%
Carbs: 25%
Fats: anywhere between protein and carbs.

Let us know what you come up with. :)

I'm going to try an change my workout where I can workout 2days on/1day off/2days on/1 day off. Not sure if I should combine chest and maybe quads? So far I eat around 1400 cals a day. I have noticed lately I'm getting hungry every hour. Should I eat something or should I just wait till my next meal (every 2.5-3 hrs)? I did gain 3 lbs :-) , but the fat % is still the same.
