Start of with very low dosage. 2.5mg to 10mg a day. Split the dosage about 8 - 10 hours apart during the day. A good idea would be to start at only 5 mg a day for about a week or two and then increase the dosage if your body can handle it.
Theres plenty of info on the internet on anavar, just google "women on anavar"
and you'll find so much answers.
This advice is decent basic advice, but mottled with holes.
First, there is a HYUGE difference between 2.5mg and 10mg. Giving this advice is like me telling you to go do some cardio, for "oh, about 20min to 2 hours" BIG difference.
Second, a female should stay at a dose for MUCH longer than "about a week or two". Sides may not start to occur until several weeks into it, when the steroid has built up in the body. I would suggest staying at a dose for at least 3, but closer to 4 weeks BEFORE changing a thing.
Third, I wouldn't google ANY steroid, especially for women. You are apt to get OODLES of information that is useless, outdated, and/or hysterical. You are MUCH better off searching through this site, or a similar site, to get information.
As Sassy said, Var is a SUPPLEMENT. I would not feel comfortable giving advice on ANY steroid for a male OR female until I know their specific diet, training and goals. It is just the responsible thing to do in my opinion.
