New to Anavar

I have been seriously working out for 6 years now and have decided that I need a little boost. Anavar appears to be my best bet without having the side effects of stronger AS. I am a first timer to this and am uncertain as to my daily dosage and how long the cycle should last. I am 5ft tall and weigh 100 lbs. ( I am assuming my height and weight make a difference)

PLEASE HELP!!

Good place to start! Any of that stuff is only a SUPPLEMENT to a well-established, consistent and intense diet & training program.

Start of with very low dosage. 2.5mg to 10mg a day. Split the dosage about 8 - 10 hours apart during the day. A good idea would be to start at only 5 mg a day for about a week or two and then increase the dosage if your body can handle it.
Theres plenty of info on the internet on anavar, just google "women on anavar"
and you'll find so much answers.

This advice is decent basic advice, but mottled with holes.

First, there is a HYUGE difference between 2.5mg and 10mg. Giving this advice is like me telling you to go do some cardio, for "oh, about 20min to 2 hours" BIG difference.

Second, a female should stay at a dose for MUCH longer than "about a week or two". Sides may not start to occur until several weeks into it, when the steroid has built up in the body. I would suggest staying at a dose for at least 3, but closer to 4 weeks BEFORE changing a thing.

Third, I wouldn't google ANY steroid, especially for women. You are apt to get OODLES of information that is useless, outdated, and/or hysterical. You are MUCH better off searching through this site, or a similar site, to get information.

As Sassy said, Var is a SUPPLEMENT. I would not feel comfortable giving advice on ANY steroid for a male OR female until I know their specific diet, training and goals. It is just the responsible thing to do in my opinion.

Thank you all for your responses. I have done an immense amount of research regarding this topic via the internet and have not felt like I have recovered any solid answers to my questions. That is why I felt that the forum would be the best place to turn.

That being said, I consider my diet to be fairly clean.
Breakfast - oatmeal, protein shake (whey protein)
snack- protein shake
lunch- boiled chicken, green beans, rice or sweet potato
snack (if there is time)- protein shake
dinner - some sort of protein and green beans

my diet is fairly consistent to that, and boring, but i am only human do stray from time to time.

In addition to my diet, I do cardio 4 to 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Any more than that and I would fall asleep.

my basic workout routine is as follows and usually lasts for at least one hour, not including the cardio, and is done in the evening

monday - back and bi's
tuesday - legs and triceps
wednesday- chest and sholders
rest thursday and friday

and then it starts over again!!!!

So that's it! Not to exciting. Thank you for all of your help!

Blah - boiled chicken.

Just a couple quick comments on the diet - more real food, less protien shake. Also no fats are listed.

No kidding Sassy! Chicken is chicken i figure! It's easy to make and fine if i mix it with the brown rice. getting enough fat in has always been a problem for me. i think i probably need more veggies too. any suggestions on the fat? i have my weeks where i am consistent with the flax seed oil but that comes and goes. i work from 9 to 6, so i need quick and easy. Thanks!!

I do the same & travel (anywhere .. to work, to the gym on weekends, etc.) w/ all my meals packed all the time. I've eaten out MAYBE a dozen times this YEAR.... I grill all my food or broil it in bulk.

Almonds, flax, EFA pills, fish, red meat, natural PB are good fat sources.

Thanks for the info! I used to bring my food with me where ever I went, I guess it's the only way to do it effectively. Here's a question for you. 12.5 mgs are the only ones that are available to me. That dosage is obviously way to much for me! If I split the pill up will it still be as effective? I really wanted the 5mgs, but it doesn't appear like that is going to happen.
