Ok so starting today with my workout later this afternoon, I am going to start doing more weight, less reps. 12 reps just doesn't build size which is my primary goal right now. So, i think im going to cut down to 6-8 reps. does that sound good?

While I agree with Shadow I personally I like hitting 6 reps from time to time and never going over 12. If I can the weight goes up so I can lower the rep range.
What type of program do you plan to follow? Your same split just with different weights/reps?
Yep still doing chest/tri, back/bis, shoulders, legs. I will start the new log later today.
