new routine and rest

Going to be getting back into the 5x5 routine for about a month here, and just curious how much rest you give yourself after each set? I haven't came up with the routine yet, but it will probably be something like this, lets say for chest:
Flat Bench Press 5 x5 i was thinking 90 sec rest b/w sets
Flat Dumbell Flyes 3 x 8 probably 60 second rest here
Incline Dumbell Press 3 x 6-8 once again, about 60 sec rest

shoulders might be...
Military Press 5 x 5
Upright Row 3 x 10
Lateral Raise 2 x 8
Bent Over Raise 2 x 8

USUALLY, what i do for rest is, if my rep range is between 1 and 3, i give myself 120 seconds to rest, between 4-6 i give myself 90 seconds, and between 7 and 12 i give myself 60 seconds.

Also :) like i mentioned before, I have been having a HUGE problem with my biceps for the last year, so maybe someone could post a routine for me, I would like to try something out that one of you guys come up with, see if that helps. I dont have any machines, but i have a pull up bar , ez-bar, and lots of dumbells :) ok thanks.
 
I would go higher rest, maybe 3 minutes or so on the 5x5, give yourself lots of rest to make sure you hit your reps. You can cut the rest down on the higher rep sets
 
Alright thanks :) so 3 mins between 5x5 sets, and what, 1 min between 3x8-10 sets? And does anyone have a good 5x5 bicep routine, or anything else they would like to comment on my routine? :) Thanks a ton needsize!!!
