I think it looks good. I just have a question about the oatmeal. You say 2 packets. Why are you using the packets? The instant oatmeal is usually high in added sugar and costs more. I use a cup of the bagged stuff and add fruit for sweetening. I use raisins, you use blueberries and honey. That should be sweet enough. As well, I mix my flax in the oatmeal rather than the shake. I find it mixes in better.

Your meal 2 needs some fast acting high glycemic carbs, I'd add a Banana in there. Your Muscles will suck it right up.

Meal 4 sucks, Subway? Come on bro... The macro nutrient ratio of a sub is off balance for what you're trying to do. Too many carbs and too many calories all in one meal in the middle of the day. I'd do B. Rice and Lean meat w/ veggies. If you must hit subway, go with a leaner meat, double it, and put it on a six inch whole wheat bun.

Meal 6 - This meal doesn't make sense, it's all carbs and sugary ones at that. Kill the apple juice, too much sugar... It isn't doing anything for you. Kill the Milk too, 1 Cup of milk = 12.5 grams of sugar... Way too much at that time of day. The apple is ok, but it's still full of high and mid glycemic carbs. Why not rip another high protein meal, make an omelette. Add in a chicken breast or some ground beef and mix it in with the eggs. 2 Different long acting proteins before you go to bed. This'll make you grow...

In all, you're making good choices in the foods you're eating. What you need to do is be able to justify what and why you're eating it at all times of the day.

My 2 cents,
