LOBO.....YOU SAID NOT TO STOP POSTING PICS.....SO HERE ARE SOME I TOOK YESTERDAY!!!! NOW PLEASE KNOW....I WAS ICE COLD (62 DEGREES IN THE STUDIO) DID NOT "PUMP UP" AND MY PHOTOGRAPHER HAD NEVER TAKEN BODYBUILDING PICS BEFORE....SO THE LIGHTING WAS PITIFUL!!!! I WAS EITHER COMPLETELY WASHED OUT OR IN THE DARK!!! NONE OF MY SEPARATION THAT I DID HAVE(CONSIDERING THAT I WAS ICE COLD...ETC.) EVEN SHOWED UP!! SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!!:) OH WELL...I'LL WORK ON THE LIGHTING NEXT TIME.....

how is your diet? What are your goals w/ this cycle and long term??? Lighting is pretty good..love the blonde:p

SHEEEZ...WHAT DIET?! I'M EATING CARBS ALL DAY LONG....RICE, BREAD, PASTA, POTATOES....ETC....AND I LOVE PANCAKES!!!!! MY PROTIEN IS ABOUT 150 GRAMS/DAY.....CARBS I GUESS AROUNG 300-400....FAT...MAYBE 60...but i'm not eating any candy, colas, or sweets at all....NOT REALLY WATCHING THOUGH...NO SHOWS UNTIL NEXT SUMMER...AND WORK IS VERY GOOD WITH THIS LOOK RIGHT NOW.....I MAY BACK DOWN TO 10 MGS. A DAY OF OX.....I PROB WILL HAVE TO CUT MY CARBS DOWN OR START DOING CARDIO THOUGH:(

I dont know what to say....except you look awesome. I believe you should/could really be competing...... DO IT :) Great physique ;)

Based on the photos, if you were a client, this is what I'd recommend.

Cut about 3-5% bodyfat and my guess is your glutes will take on more shape. Lower half is smooth and this tends to smooth out the whole area. Picture a mountain range. Now, fill in the valleys about 1/3. Peaks wouldn't look as prominent. Clean out the valleys and the peaks look bigger. Same idea with bodyfat. Glutes are there.

Quads are fine, hams need more size to balance the quads as does the glute-hamstring tie in. Wide foot position leg presses (emphasis on glutes and hams). Don't need to get the quads bigger. Romanian style deadlifts (you're lower back, spinal erectors need some work), the RDs will also help with the ham-glute tie in. Butt Blaster or equiv. movement with ankle strap and low cable. Sort of a kick back movement for glutes.

This is the type of work I did with my client that is going to the Nationals (pics posted a while back). She had no hams or glutes to start. Still needs a little more work, but she has come a long way.
