Just find out that Berry de Mey is my neighbour .I moved a couple of months ago and there were kids playing in my garden. We started talking and this little girl asks if I can move a stone that was laying in my garden. I said no I'm not strong. This other girl says. My dad is strong he's a bodybuilder . I said okay who's your dad? She said Berry de Mey. I said wtf. Berry de Mey I don't believe you he is a legend. For you who don't know Berry

Excellent, how's he looking these days?
I saw his training video at the time he was competing in the O (mid 80's) and he had some very different training ideas at the time. He incorperated swimming a lot if I remember correctly for his cardio. What's he do these days?

If he isn't busy you should see if he'd say hi to us on the board. He is a guy I would definately like to hear some tips from. The guy was phenominal. I suppose the kids on the board won't even remember him like us oldies though! As chief correspondent to No Bull magazine I would be interesting in hearing what he has to say for the mag - inside stories on the Olympians etc.
