New member/Tips for cycle

Hi Guys!

Im new here and need some help/advice.
Im 49 years old and recently returned to work out. I used to train hard but I stopped for a feel years. Returned some months a go and I am in my first cycle.
Im using Test E (1cc Monday/1cc Thursday).
Im taking Dbol 10mg pills (took 2 a day first and second week, now on third week I am taking 3/day).
I started with 153 pounds (Im 5.9') and now I have 163 pounds) So I gain 10 pounds in almost 3 weeks.
I wanna gain more 15 pounds at least and then see if I gonna do a cutting cycle or rest a month and start a new one.
I had no side effects so far. Just feel my nipples a little sensible part of the day. But this is very light.
I got 98 pills at the beginning (dbol 10mg) and 10cc of test e.
My friend who is helping me told me to take it for 4 weeks (both) but I am not sure that this is the ideal. I think I need more test e to keep it for at least 6 or 8 weeks.
He told me that considering that this is my first cycle I don't need to do TPC.
I'd like to know your opinion because I am not sure if he is right. Im having very little water retention so far.

You ran a cycle at 150#...... You have no ai how long have u been working out for and what do you mean you don't need a tcp.... You mean a pct? In that case yes u would

The bad news : your friend is a fucking RETARD. 4 weeks of test????? Test E 10-12 weeks

Who in their right mind says "you don't need PCT????????"

You really should have put more thought into this before you started. A few months back in the gym is not enough time...

Do you know what an AI is? Do you know what PCT is?
 
Your 49 years old you would think you have a bit more cop on and do some research before you start messing with hormones like that.. your friend has no clue what's he's talking about.. please listen to what the guys above me said or you will lose all your gains and have big puffy nips ans small balls

Here is a better cycle for you:
1-12 Test E 250 mg twice a week
1-6 Dbol 20mg ED
1-12 HCGenerate 2 caps AM/1 post workout/1 PM
1-6 Arimidex 0.5mgs ED
7-12 Arimidex 0.25mgs ED
1-12 d-spark 1 cap/ ED (AM)

PCT
week 1-2 PCT kickstart: HCGenerate 2 caps AM/1 post workout+ d-spark 1cap/ED (pre-workout)
13-20 Clomid 50/25/25/25
Arimidex 0.25mgs EOD (weeks)
