Hello all, I am a new member on the board. I have a quick question about supplements. I take a Women's One a Day every day. Are there any other supplements I should be taking? i.e. Flax seed oil, etc. I have been trying to do research on the internet, and I can't seem to find anything. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. I am simply trying to lose about 20-25lbs WITHOUT any ephedrine enhanced supplements. (cant have caffiene)
