New member...simple question

Hello all, I am a new member on the board. I have a quick question about supplements. I take a Women's One a Day every day. Are there any other supplements I should be taking? i.e. Flax seed oil, etc. I have been trying to do research on the internet, and I can't seem to find anything. Any advice would be greatly appriciated. :) I am simply trying to lose about 20-25lbs WITHOUT any ephedrine enhanced supplements. (cant have caffiene)
 
Use the search button and you should be able to find any basic info you need......it would probably be quicker then waiting for responses. Also if you need specifics, list your goals, diet, training, and etc., and I am sure there will be plenty of people willing to help.
 
Flaxseed oil is a good supplement. It's a healthy fat - Omega 3 type fat. Most people need to be adding in more healthy fat to their diets and removing the bad satuated fats. Flaxseed oil is good for all kinds of things, like your hair, skin, joints, even mental health, and it can help with weightloss. There's been lots of discussion about it on the boards. This board has its own search feature to see all past threads - do a search on flaxseed and you'll find more info.
 
Yes, you should add flax seed oil. Your diet info should posted, how else can we see what might be missing :)
