hi all

i'm new to this board, so please be gentle with any critque. currently 5'10, 185lbs, looking to gain another 5-10 lbs of lean mass by year end.
 
Looking good bro, looks like you are pretty ripped. Get a tan and get rid of that huge zit on your chest and you will look much better. How about a leg shot. Any cycles under your belt?

keep that six-pack while you add the muscle.
I'd hammer the chins, rows a few weeks to see some V tapor and maximize the waist. Chest valley looks fine, and as tyou add size it will look better. hit some inclines to begin the top part of the chst.
Delts in prop with frame.

You look good bro, like somone said before def get a tan and you gotta get rid of that zit somehow, see a dermatologist(sp?) they can prescribe pretty good topical creams.

totally agree about needing a tan,unfortunately i tend to just go red whenever i'm in the sun!

legs are ok, in proportion to my upper body, just need more mass all round really.

zit finally went too!
