I'm 5'8, 150lbs been working out about a year, i been recently eating about 3000 cal a day, multivitamin and hmb's and no explode as a preworout and I'm on my 1st cycle, week3 of a 4 week cycle. I'm taking 5 mg a day 1hr before workout notice small gains which I'm fine with. I guess my question is pct is this necessary? How long before cycling again? What's an easy pct?
