New "Keto" method for hyper-fast fat-loss revealed

This is a "twist" to the keto diet that I've been doing for the last week... and it works!

Here's how it goes: At 6:00p.m. I'll eat dinner. It will be anything. Pizza. chines food. Even pepsi. blah, blah,blah

I wake up at 7:00 in the morning and eat bacon, eggs or any other low-carb food to jumpstart keto.

by 1:00 p.m. my body jumps into keto (always the same time). I know my bodys into keto when I find myself running to the bathroom. Talk about extreme shits.

yup, it only takes my body about 19 hours to jump into keto.

at 1:00p.m I'll have lunch which again consists of low-carb food to keep my body in keto.

now, at 6:00, I'll again eat sugary, high carb food like anything. Potatoes. whatever. You get the point.

the results? I've been waking up in the mornings about 1 pound lighter everyday. The strange part... i woke up today 3 pounds lighter.

basically, I dont have to go a straight 6 days on keto before "carbing up" or having a "cheat" meal.

i've been doing keto for years which probably explains my body going into keto so fast! So, I don't know if this will work for anybody else.

remember, it takes time for your body to jump "OUT" of keto as well which is why my body is still burning fat even after a JUNK meal.

anyways, i've been losing 1 pound and more a day. Incredible. I got this friggin thing down to a science :evil:

losing 1 pound a day is terrible. sorry. your body will not simply burn fat by itself. if you drop 7 pounds in a week, probably 3 pounds of that is muscle.

yeah. I know. That's the negative aspect of keto.

doesnt have to be. your fats must be too low. you shouldnt be dropping muscle at an accelerated rate by any means. you need to trouble shoot your diet. maybe switch to a carb/calorie cycle diet. in the long run, youre going to slow down your metabolism in a negative manner.
