here is little of my background so you experts ,if you are willing, can give a more educated, accurate response.
through my 30's i spent in the military and competing in bjj and mma competitions. which i did without any gear. when i hit 40 years old, nature was taking it's course as well as some injuries through sports and military life and i was going down hill fast. always thinking of myself as a hard charger, i just didn't want to accept that. i went to see an anti aging specialist. for the last two years, i have been prescribed bio identical (whatever that means) testosterone cream, as well as .4mg of hgh ED. the test cream on the bottle says that it is 200mg but i am not sure how that converts to real anabolic test in mg? I take 4 clicks of the tube of test in the morning and night. The hgh from what i read on this forum is converted from mg to iu by * by 3. so i guess i have been taking 1.2IU of hgh per day. I have had some small increases for strength and energy, but for the cost (almost $2500/month), I am not sure it is worth it.
recently i opened a mma./fitness gym.. I am not competing in MMA or crossfit competition, so taking anabolics i don't consider as cheating. the main reason i am interested in taking something more is so that i can help push my students a little more both on the mat and in the weight room, as well as try and grapple with as many students as i can for as long as i can. My gym is small and new now. So i double as a training partner as well as instructor. right now with my injuries and age (43), i am done after 3or 4-5min rounds. of course vainly, i would like to look better and feel better too.
now to the main questions. sorry about the long background
here are my stats
43 yrs old
6'1 195lbs
approx 10% bf
here is what i am thinking of doing and where i need your advice
500mg of test Ethanate/week for 10 weeks (as well as continuing the bio identical test ED)
increasing the hgh from 1.2IU to 3.6IU ED for 3 months
50mg proviron ED for 10 weeks
Now i have done a lot of research on this site before posting these questions. I understand a lot of people say for mma take anavar, EQ, primo, etc...because it keeps the weight down, doesn't give you the pump, increases strength,etc....
but unless a doctor somewhere can prescribe these too me, i am not in the "in" or "know crowd" of have any idea where i can get these designer things from a trusted site. like i said i am new to this game. also my concern is getting too heavy because most of my fighters are under 200lbs.most are between 160-180. I want to be light enough to so they can have legit training partner. i was thinking the proviron would keep the water weight down. However, i am a little concerned with the proviron for mma because i heard it makes your muscles hard to the point of inflexible. Which I would think would lead to injuries on submission attempts more than normal. What do you guys think? I think the hgh at 1.2IU was not doing anything. so i was hoping by increasing to 3.6IU it would help lose some fat and help with recovery of injury.
basically i want to know if you think this type of cycle is reasonable for what i have available to me. I don't think i could get anything different unless it was available at a GNC type place. the test E and proviron, i have a legit source, but that is all he has. I am looking to increase strength. also help with my recovery from injuries as well as try and keep or improve my cardio by being able to push through longer workouts. I plan on posting on the mma board as well but it seems the users here have a great deal of knowledge of all types of supplements ans AS. thank you for reading my post and i would appreciate any critics of what i could change, do different, or confirm i should drive on as planned.
