like i said... schools out, now i will have a lot more time

3 hours a day with your gf what are friggen attached at the hip. 1.5 hours a day of homework, i used to do my homework in school during the previous class its due in. Sounds like you want an easy way out. And to ask for help and put people down is rather rude. Run 2 miles a day and train and hour in a half and cut down out junk food, and you will loose weight just that simple. Its just a metter of how determined you are...
 
and to follow up, if you havent been eatin healthy or conditioning ( which in your case you havent) you will lose fat easily. In a couple moths yuo MAY hit a bump in the road. THats when you can throw in some supps.
 
yah i been running A LOT more.... sence i had my membership at my local gym i been runing 1.5 miles when i get there (its on a tread mill and the speed is at "9.1") and a mile right before i leave. So far im doing quite well


done a water boyancy test?

oh... im curious as of why i am like kind of person you ' used' to train with....
and if it will make you feel better you will see my silly posts for longer than a few weeks months infact thus it will show you i still hvae 'training/diet/dedication '
