New diet! plz help

mustang gave me a diet... lost it.... and forgot it... im going to have to blaim it on weed.... (lack of memory... and the fact im a dumbass)


Can someone please give me a weekly diet so i can cut my bf% in half? willing to eat whatever...... i run a good amount and i lift a good amount ... so i have that covered well.... week long diet please... choices if possible ...

#1 - Never blame your mistakes on the weed. Too many do. Example: "Weed makes me lazy". No, you're lazy already, now you just have something to blame it on.

#2 - We need your stats/info... (Ht, Wt, Yrs Training, Age) Also, what is your current BF% and what is your training like?
 
Meal 1: 8 eggwhites, 1 yolk, 1 cup oatmeal.

Meal 2: 6oz chicken, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup salad

Meal 3: 1 can tuna, 1 cup brown rice, salad

Meal 4: Protein shake, simple carbs (post workout)

Meal 5: 6-8 oz turkey or fish, 2 cups steamed broccoli

Meal 6: 10oz cottage cheese, 1 tbsp flaxseed oil.

1 gallon of water per day.
 
im 5' 10' 215lbs 3 years training, last year been pretty hardcore and i am 16. My training usually includes running 2 miles a week (im upping this....school just got out) bench, squate, and cling <=== mostly that i am about 24% bf




plz help =)
 
a said good amount ... didnt say i was hitting it hard foo. not like i need to explain myself but... i got to school 8 hours a day... do homework for 1.5 and spend 3 hours with my girlfriend...you do the math.. 2 miles a week aint bad


like i said... schools out, now i will have a lot more time

At 5'10", 215, 24% BF, you are holding roughly 163lbs of lean mass.

The training split is ultimately up to you, but if you tell us how many days a week you'd like to train with weights and what days, I think someone could make you a routine.

At this point, a CKD diet (outlined on this board and at C-K-D.com), would probably help you cut weight fast.

While in the ketogenic portion of your diet, you can eat very few carbs without getting kicked out of ketosis. This basically means that you'll have to cut fruit, grains, soda, juice, and most vegetables out of your diet. You'll basically eat meat, cheese, eggs, nuts, and salad (while watching the weight drop off).

Keep your cardio at 30-60 minutes a day, make sure you get plenty of protein, and you should be fine.

like i said... schools out, now i will have a lot more time


2 miles a week is like what...20 minutes tops....why even bother.
 
more like 14 .... becasuse its better than nothing


and i get a good workout doing my gf... but how does one measure that? by what? the 6.5 inches of my cock? ty
