New Boobs! - recovery q's

Hey Ladies!
Finally had my big day :) on friday I went under the knife & 4 days later, i am totally thrilled with my results.
Although the perk's may be helping me out- lol, the pain is minimal.

I went with the cohesive gel ( gummy bear) round high profile. Which brought my small B cup to a full D :)

I was just wondering what can I be doing workout wise, nutrition wise, to maintain at least some of my figure while I am on bed rest & unable to hit the gym..

any good advice? Thanks a million!

Several women here have gone through the same, they'll pop up soon.... I want to do it but have to lose a whole lot of weight first :)

I know of women who started training within a week (upper body), but one had one implant off centre.

Was it the surgeon or the training?

My surgeon was great, he told me I could do non-bouncing cardio within one week, lower body workouts, but no upper body workouts for six weeks.

I would go on the side of caution, it is your health and a financial investment.

Thank Tat ;)
I will keep it to lower body & recumbrant biking. for the first bit..
back to work tomorrow, thank God for a desk job!
