Neuromuscular efficiency...

I tire of hearing how big someones guns are and how much they weigh. What is the function of muscle? To lift, carry and move things.

I keep seeing these guys in the gym with an attitude because they have a chunky/fatty build. Yesterday this fat dude walks up and sneers "how many sets you got left" while I was on the military press. Wish I had a pic of him moving the weight down by 60 pounds.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone had an accurate neuromuscular efficiency rating instead of these numbers?

If a guy is 5'6" and wieghs 220, his bench better be over 300 or he is weak on my book.

I do a little over 1000 on the leg press. Well...I did before typing this and maybe jinxed it. Thats keeps the "how many sets you got" crowd away. I'd love to say "Why don't you work in with me?" :)

This post is worthy of some debate.

Neuromuscular efficiency is the ratio of size to strenght and stamina. 16" arm curling 100 is more efficient than 20" arm curling 120. Assuming similar ratio of bicep vs. tricep vs. bone.

Then lower your caloric intake and go be a powerlifter.

Ha...I'm 6' 5 1/2". Turn those numbers around, 5' 6 1/2" and we've got a powerlifter on our hands baby. Nothing like putting your hands by the weights and doing a 3" bench press with 500 pounds.
