Netflix is pissing me off.

I send the movies back and weeks go by, I have gotten other movies and then I start getting emails asking me where these movies are. You sent me other movies, and I have the emails showing they were returned so WTF???

I'm canceling and gonna try blockbuster. Netflix SUCKS.

I do live in the boonies, so it was a decent option. I just am sick of dealing with all their emails and this has happened twice now. I'm done.

Actually I just do this in the winter months when I can't be outside fishing or boating, etc. I only watch maybe 1 a week at the VERY most. Thats not much. I have friends that watch 4-5 a week. Thats way too much.

I joined both at first to compare and Netflix was the one for me. I figured if I couldn't wait for a movie then I could still just go rent one at blockbuster....eewww like 4 bucks! But really the website was the most user friendly. I like having my friends and others rate movies.....blockbuster did not have that.
The same thing could of easily happened to you at blockbuster as well. I would return movies to the store and later go back to rent and they would tell me that I didn't return one....BS!! One time they wanted to charge me for the movie and would credit me later IF it showed up. NO<I went and helped look on the shelves for the number and guess what??? We found it. If I would of left it to them I really feel I would of never go credit!!

I have never had a problem with netflix. There is a page you can go to that you can say that those movies were lost in shipping and they will clear it all up and continue to send you movies. I have even lost a couple, and they said "no problem."

I LOVE netflix!

good memory! I had trouble with them sending out my first movies! I was able to get a number, thanks to ef member, and found out that the address I wanted to send them to was not validated with postal carrier...but since then, I it!!
