Ok, everyone once in a while, prolly about once a month, i just go out and buy some candy, sometimes some pizza, and cereal, and just eat a shitload for one night. Like tonight im having 3 twix's, a giant hersheys with almonds, a couple bowls of Special K, and maybe somethin else small. Are there any super bad effects of eating like this occasionally or is gaining fat the only side effect? Will it affect muscle recovery?
