Needto's bars

I ordered a bunch. Figured I need to start getting back to eating healthier. Been out of the gym for a year with surgery and some other injuries.
They take about 5 minutes to put together. If you know where everything you need is its quicker. I did it at work. Essentially all you need is a browny type pan, a measuring cup, honey, peanut butter, a bowl, a spoon and the mix itself.
My first attempt I botched. It came out too dry. As I mentioned I was low carb and not thinking too clearly.
Needto told me to add a little water the next time and that did the trick!
Its great. Now when I am at work I have something to eat between my regular meals that is getting me where I want to be. I used to hit the vending machine.
They taste awesome and I love all natural and/or whole food sources. I am already dropping some fat too just cleaning up the diet. The bars are making the transition a lot easier. I am really glad I caught the thread about them. I don't like the other bars out there... for taste and what is in them.
If anyone thinks they are interested give them a try. I recomend them.
Interesting note. The ladies at my work are all impressed to see me making something healthy at work... let alone cleaning up after I do. LOL

nice bro nice.. get then girls eating some bars....

Actually you don't even need a brownie pan. You can just roll them into 12 average size balls and place in baggies. When it comes time to eat them, take them out, stick a fork in them and chew away.

What a lazy fuck you are bro..

Guys AAP some times just mixes it together and then eats out of the bowl with a spoon. Now that is lazy.

^^ I've actually really done that.

The only time I use a brownie pan is when I take something like some chocolate and put across the top and then bake for a quick 5 mins until it forms a thin chocolate layer on the top that is for my "dessert" binges.

actually i thought of that tooo..

put it in a larger freezer bag and just eat off of it like a large hoggie..

hahah Homer Simpson style..

Brownie pan, honey, peanut butter? This sounds JUST like the ones I make at home and I got the recipe from this site years ago. What is the difference?

nice. sure girls would love the bars. specially if you put some of your own country gravy on them. lol

How should i know... pm me the recipe.. my bars are no bake.. aap just likes to do extra stuff with his some time.. I can tell you most people like them way more then any recipe they no of.. also they take a hell of a lot less time. The bars take most of the work out of it for you.. Also you can do many different recipes with just one bag.. As seen here Recipies - Needtobuildmuscle Board

Its also a lot easier and cheaper then getting all the ingredients your self at the store then figuring out how to put them all together..

I know exactly what it cost to buy all the ingredients for these bars at the store.

it will cost you about 35 to get all the ingredients at the store to make them on your own. then of course you will be left with a little bit of everything but not enough to do anything with. if you got a bunch in bulk you could make them for about 20 a batch though. cheap but still not as cheap  and a hell of a lot more work and hassle.:biggrin:
