Just wanted to send a shout out to NeedTo for all the work and time he puts in to make this EF Board a positive experience. I can;t name the # of times he has helped me and all of us here at Elitefitness. Good advice,communication, and aids in our search for a better transformation of our goals of achieving a new body in bodybuilding and weight training. His time spent on getting us a good book on dieting and recipes is fantastic. I know we all might have families but NeedTo really takes good care of us and takes a large portion of his time doing so. Lets all give a shout out to NEEDTO for all of his brotherhood and HUGE support for us.Thanks NEEDTO!!:cool:

Seriously though..... Needto is the glue that holds EF together. He is a big part of why EF is what it is. The man would give you the shirt of his back if you asked him. Top notch bro for sure. The same thing goes for the other mods and admin too. Great group of people that are all in it for the members.

I could not ask for a better group of guys to be watching over all day long. Almost all of you have respect,kindness,helpfulness,willingness to share and learn, and on and on. You guys make it all worth it each and every day. K for everyone.

Needto is a great bro. Honest and straight. Just like he treats you here, you can expect real quality products from him. He is a good American working hard to succeed in a sea of corrupt corporates and politicians.

I will say this for now, Needsto has always answered my questions and if I didn't have a T2 connection I would think he reads your mind and sends you an answer before you send him the question... Now as for his advise I do believe its solid!!! I am in the process of my cycle that I took about 85% of his advice on how to do it so we will see.

Thanks NEEDSTO and if you ever want to see a Sasqatch I would be willing to meet you in the redwoods here in California.. Of course you would have to bring some bars... More Bars In More Places!!!

needto is the shit. I had an episode with killer exertion headaches last summer. It was just too painful to keep working out so I took some time off. I wasn't lurking or posting for a couple of months and he asked me what was going on. That's a brother looking out.

I bought his book and his protein bars. Couldn't be happier with either product. It's also good to know I'm supporting a good bro.

Hey bro's I can't even begin to tell you how much Needto has helped me. My physique is greatly improved because of advice he has given me directly over the last year. Needto helped me to feel at home here at EF, and I consider him a friend and mentor. I see everyday how Needto is helping other bro's out and it inspires me to do the same, I only wish I had half his knowledge. Thank's bro.
 
Just wanted to take a minute to ring in and give my thanks to The Man. When I first came here needto was the first to respond and make me feel genuinely welcome on this great forum. He also stepped up and helped me with a problem I was having with a order. The thing is, he didn't have to take time out of his busy day to help me. He certainly didn't owe me anything, but he did it anyway. That says a lot about the man right there. Since then he's taken the time to answer all my questions and I guess you'd say kinda taken me under his wing. For that I am extremely grateful. Anyone who gives of themselves the way needto has for me has earned my respect and admiration. So much so, I joined his program! Thanks needto.

P.S. I am the new designated "Total PITA PM'er" around here. So, all you other MothaF**ker's take a number and get in line! He's all mine!!! lol!!!
