There was a thread by NeedTo he sent me the link. It's a great read, if you have gyno it will get you excited for sure. I'm definitely looking forward to running his plan, just waiting on him to get to my PM. I'm just asking questions and opinions, the situation has been bothering me for years so I can never read enough. More than optimistic about NeedTo's plan though.
