I realized when taking these this morning that first thing out of bed is a bad idea. I was too tired to concentrate on hitting the poses right and it shows as I messed most of them up.
I'll have an exact bf number later today, but its around 8% at 208lbs

very nice on the bi pose try to pull your arms down a bit to emphasize the thickness of your traps and rhomboids

I don't know, to me you look bigger than 208. What height are you? Also, if you're at 8% now then you will really look great at 4-5%. Good job.
 
The serratus (sp?) is looking great.

Also, that side arm/tricep shot is looking really good. Your coming together very well. Is everything on track? meaning are you where you want to be or did you have different plans at this point?
 
looking great......... your really dialing it in.

one thing......... on your hands overhead abdominals adn thigh shot.......... pull your hands against your head and point your elbows up at the celing, not out at the crowd........ it will really bring out your lats on that pose.

Mengy, I', just under 5'9", but my small frame really adds to the illusion of size

gonelifting, I really didnt have any solid plans as I've never done a show before. But at the pace I'm on, I should be right around 5% or so by show time, which is what I wanted. The hard part is wathcing my weight keep dropping. I'll be low 190's by the time I get on stage, I never thought I'd be that light ever again, as I was 238lbs when I started the diet
 
Christ. If I saw you walking down the street, I'd run in terror, for fear you'd eat me or throw me through a building or something.

You look great. Get some sun though man. You're a ghost. :)
 
Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the support. The diet is killing me, I've cut out any extras now, so I just cant wait for real food again...I'm tanning 3x a week right now but my white pollish ass just wont tan...
Funny thing is that in the two weeks in between progress pics, I feel tiny, then I take pics and feel good again for a day or so, then go back to feeling small again...
 
U look awesome bro. Who is helping u with your precontest diet plan? Also I think u look leaner than 8% Id say your probably at 7 from those pics.
 
That first pic in your second post, you look like Bruce Willis. Funny expression. You body looks awesome in all the pics. (hmm that sounded more homosexual than when everyone else said it :( )
 
Fyre from the womens board is doing the diet and contest prep, her and I have been friends for years. She thinks I'm actually closer to 7% but am just holding lots of water.

Backlash, it didnt sounds homosexual to me, but maybe theres something you would like to share.....

I know what you mean about posing first thing in the morning. You feel flat and can't hit them hard.

plus I had just taken 50mcg of clen so my hands were shaking like crazy

Man, you look even bigger than the last time I saw your pictures. I realize being leaner helps, but jeez...look at those ARMS, pecs, and legs! :shock:

I agree with everyone else; you do look closer to 7%. Your waist is tiny by any standard.

I am very, very glad I'm not competing against you. Keep practicing your posing, as I'm sure you will, and you're gonna clean house!
 
The funny thing is about dieting, you take your shirt off and hit a pose, you look huge. Put your t shirt on and walk around, you look small....
 
I cant say much more than has already been said, great progress over the last couple of weeks Needsize. A couple of % reduction and you should be boomin, and pleanty of time for that! :)
 
Needsize, I've followed your progress and you are doing great. Especially your waist, it's very small, great taper. I think I can help a little w/ your calves. I've noticed that when your feet are angled out, they(calves) look smaller. It's kinda like a playing card. If you look at it from the front, it looks square and wide, but from the side, it looks thin. I'm no posing expert, so take my advice w/ a grain of salt, but, maybe you could experiment w/ posing w/ your feet parallel to your sides and see if the pictures show your calves looking wider.
 
Well speaking of calves...........I think yours really blew up NS. They look MUCH better then they did in that shot you took a while back in what looked to have been a gym. Granted you have shaved them since then :), but nonetheless you have made huge gains on what I consider to be one of the hardest body parts to get to respond. Nice work bro.
 
try the spay booth for the tan, if you dont take color. make sure you do it a week before. that way if it is funky, it will fade away befe the comp.

Your going to Kick ass.
 
Looking great! The muscle is there, so don't go gettin' hurt this close to comp. All the parts are lookin good. Abs are coming out very well, & your vastus medialis really got my attention. What contest are you shooting for?

Thanks bro, thats what I've thought all along. There are always guys with massive upper bodies, in shows or just walking around. I knew if I wanted to set myself apart it would have to be legs especially, and back. Thats why no matter how shitty I feel on leg day, I still go to the wall, I can feel sorry for myself afterwards

In the pose down. . .

focus on most musculars and quad shots. You will probably devastate several competitors.
 
you look outstanding man, you'll drop them at a level one competition, your quads will kill everyone elses trust me
