I just found out that i am going to be doing a runway show this thursday. I want to shed some fat and water, but only have 4 days to do it.
If i look the same by thursday it dont matter, cuz i look ok now, but i still want to look my best. Any reccomendations. Im going to do morning cardio tomorrow.
