Hey i've being busting my butt bulking for the last few months and i have reached 185pds(started at 144pds) i am very happy with this but im carrying a bit too much bodyfat think its around 15 or 16%. So here's my proposed cutting diet my aim is to get down to 10%bf. I really need alot of help because i don't want to end up losing all my new mass.
7.15 30mins steady state cardio appox 65% max heart rate.
8.00 Whey in water
8.30 50g oats/200ml skimmed milk/4 egg whites
11.00 Whey in water/25g peanuts
13.30 200g cottage cheese/30g chicken strips/Tomato/lettuce
16.00 Wholemeal pitta 200g tuna/tomato/lettuce
17.30 Weight training
18.30 Whey in water
19.30 200g turkey/75g brown rice/brocolli/cauliflower
21.30 150g tuna
Now i know its no where near perfectso i need as much help as i can get please.
