My main goal is to build muscle, but not fat. I want to get more serious about my diet, but I don't know if I'm eating the right amount of food. I have a busy schedule so I do my best. I changed my diet about a month ago to where I limit my carbs to 25g to 45g per meal 3 times a day. I eat six times a day, eating either a can of tuna (37g of protein) or 2 chicken breasts or a protein drink and 1 chicken breast. I have also dropped weight and increased reps to 10 or 12 on most of sets because of a partially torn tendon in my chest.
Will I grow much from this diet/workout or am I just maintaining what I have? I still get an intense workout on all my other body parts except for my chest. I have dropped from 208lbs to about 200 in the last month and I'm getting ready to come off a 12 week cycle of T400 and EQ (1cc of each/week). So this makes it hard to tell how the diet is working. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
