i have a gimped out wrist right now... and it's very odd. I cannot seem to turn my wrist without it hurting... doctor said tendonitis but i think she was wrong. I can move my wrist back and forth with ease... i mean i can do any triceps exercise and push ups and such and pat midgets on the head with a full range of motion... however it almost cripples me to turn my hand to get back change at a convenience store.

so... i cannot effectively do preacher curls, cambered bar curls, or straight bar curls... basically i am limited to hammer curls and bent over concentration curls....

any other exercises i am over looking?

I have done cross-body hammers. I also use bands, everyday... 3 sets of around 25... keeps them constantly getting a little pump.

you might try reverse grip lat pulldowns... well, they aren't LAT pull downs then, but that bar. Grip at shoulder width and pull down toward you...squeezing yoru biceps... that should work.

just ditch all bicep exercises for now bro. its not worth it. your biceps wont shrink much even if u dont do nothing. u'd be surprised. there was a stretch of time when i totally ditched all biceps works and surprisingly they actually got bigger *scratches head*.

Hammers are the best for wrist problems. I was out of the gym for 4 weeks because of my right wrist... when i got back i stuck to hammers and it went away in no time.

thanks guys i wanna throw a few things in and try to at least salvage my workouts... altho i get a nice bi pump from back day depending on what i do then
