Okay, you gotta eat more to grow while cycling. Too many carbs and I get fat. too much fat, same thing. So I turn to protein for extra calories. Extra carbs and fat too, but not too many. I eat like 400 - 500 grams of protein a day right now to help me reach 3800 calories without blowing up like a big blimp. Am I headed for trouble consuming so much protein? I drink A lot of water. Is the danger of high protein myth or fact?
