Need opinions on diet for my next cycle .

After tons of research , I finally decided my cycle , it will be ;

week 1-10 - 400-500 mg test prop / week
week 1-10 - 100 mg winny EOD
week 1-10 - 400 mg EQ ( except for week 1 and 2 , it will be 800 mg frontloading )
week 1-10 - 4 IU HGH / day ( 5 days on and 2 days off )
week 1-10 - Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD

So , my stats are : 204 lbs and 11 % bodyfat
Goals are : 215-220 lbs and 4-6 % bodyfat



So , my BMR is 2.500 , Since I burn around extra 1.000 kcals a day in the gym , my daily caloric needs goes to 3.500 kcals . so , I will eat 2.500 , and there it will be a 1000 kcals deficit a day . I think this will allow me to drop the fat and increase muscle cells at the same time .

So diet will be like this :

300 g protein - 1.200 kcals
200 g carbs - 800 kcals
55 g of fat ( most of it coming from flax seed oil ) - 500 kcals .

TOTAL : 2.500 kcals

Is this too much carbs for HGH ? It is clean carbs of course , opinions please .

them are some good goals if can be achieved. good luck bro.
 
There is something that doesn't add up. If you want to gain weight and you are going to be on a calorie deficient diet how is that possible. I'm not saying you can't add some muscle with this stack but from the looks of it you are going to get cut. If you follow this my expectations would be that you maintain your current weight while reducing body fat, or you loose weight and retain as much muscle as possible.

I think you need to make a choice, do you want to get bigger or do you want to get cut up......all of this is of course is diet dependent.

As far as the Gh goes, you may want to start out around 2 i.u.'s and work your way up. I, after 4 months , still cannot go over 3 without getting numbness in my hands and feet, but everyone is different.
