Need opinions in my new 8 week lifting cycle

I have been lifting since January on and off and just starting getting serious about a month
a go. I have made some serious gains. Now I want to take it to a new level. That is why
I developed this lifting cycle.

Supplements I'll be taking:Gainers Fuel 2500, ECDY-Bolin(got it from Paul Becker who was
on the fruad list , however it is suppose to be good check http://trulyhuge.com/ecdy-bolin.htm ), universal animal pak

I want to make major gains in my chest and squat so here goes

My New Routine

Mon. Chest, tris, Squat, Calves, Abs
Tues. Back Deadlift, forearms, wrists
Wens. Shoulders, Cardio, Abs.
Thur. Arms, forearms, wrists
Fri. Chest, Full legs inc. squat, Abs.

The % is based on my one 1 rep max

are you aspiring to be a powerlifter? if yes, can i give you some honest advice? try a more powerlifting-centric routine.

check out elitefts.com on how the westside protocol works.

for what its worth (and im no bodybuilder), get rid of the weight gainer. that stuff is pure sugar. you can do the research yourself, but stuffing tons of sugar down your body to gain weight will make you fat.

you are better off with fat and protein (whole milk, eggs, meat, cheese) and a quality protein supplement if you really need it.

if you have questions on the westside exercises, post em. a lot of us follow that style here.
