Fyre pretty much hit the nail on the head....
I hit up the eca stack a little different than most people though as I find my body gets used to it pretty quick. So I tend to follow a pattern of 2 days on, 1 off, sort of a pattern. On the "on" days, I take it 3-4 times daily and do cardio in the morning and weights later in the day, along with a fairly strict low calorie diet. On the "off" days I up my calories a bit so that my metabolism cant get used to a set level of calories. This approach gets me down to around 7% bodyfat every year, but would need to be tweaked to get any lower(thats where fyre really knows he shit).
Also, if asprin hurts your stomach, buy the enteric coated stuff, it doesnt get digsted till it passes your stomach so is easier on your stomach lining
