Need help with pct

Hi I I have started a cycle of anadrol, 2 weeks in I started test 400 and deca 250 every 5days. I'm going to run the anadrol for 8 weeks and test n deca for 16 weeks I was wondering if anyone had any tips or could help with pct?

hi lad what have you got for pct,if i was you nova/40/20/20/20/,,,clomid/100/50/50/50/...and for'IA arimidex,eod...and you should be good.

You should stop the deca at least one week before the test so it has cleared you system for a proper pct start time. When running a 19nor I like to extend my pct 2 weeks of just nolvadex so my pct for a cycle like that looks as follows:
Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20/20/20
HCG at 250iu's-2x/week on cycle stopped 3 days pre pct and an ai of course to properly manage e2 run right up to your pct.
